Fish and fish make up a huge part of Korean cooking. This formula consolidates searing and braising to make a delightful dish.
- 1 ocean bream,
- 1 Tsp salt, dash of white pepper,
- 4 Tsp white wine,
- 1 Tsp lemon juice,
- 4 glasses hamburger stock,
- 1/2 glass soy sauce,
- 1/3 container sugar,
- 1 Tsp ginger juice,
- 1/2 container cooking wine,
- 1 scallion,
- 4 cloves garlic,
- 1 Korean bean stew pepper,
- 1 piece ginger

- Scale and clean the ocean bream. Make cross-molded shallow cuts on the ocean bream and sprinkle white pepper, salt. Include white wine and lemon juice to the ocean bream.
- Heat the dish and boil the ocean bream. Don't completely cook.
- Add every one of the fixings in a skillet and spread the dish with foil. Make a few openings in the spread. Give it a chance to simmer.
- When it bubbles over, diminish the warmth to medium and keep on bubbling until the ocean bread is completely cooked.
- Garnish with scallion and garlic on the completely cooked ocean bream.
